Practice
Jeff is an NHS GP Partner with more than two decades in primary care, and the Director of Men’s Health at Voy — the UK’s leading private testosterone provider for men. He also sees private patients through H3 Health, and has spent the past decade treating thousands of men with testosterone deficiency and the related conditions it drives.

Jeff has written more than a hundred articles for national newspapers and magazines, and contributes regularly to TV and radio — including This Morning, BBC News, ITV News and BBC Radio 2, 4 and 5 Live. He has appeared on podcasts with Liz Earle, Davina McCall, Russell Kane, Lisa Snowdon and Andrew Goldstein, and presents the UK’s number one men’s health podcast, Man Alive.
Alongside his clinical work he is heavily involved in teaching, training and health promotion — running sessions for GPs and trainees on men’s health, testosterone deficiency and related conditions.

Jeff delivers paid teaching, talks and lectures for companies, agencies, and health professionals across every aspect of men’s health — from testosterone and sexual health to mental health, longevity and workplace wellbeing. Sessions range from conference keynotes and corporate wellbeing days to CPD training for clinical teams, tailored to the audience.
